For this reason, we thought we’d share some of our very favourite interior-related Instagram accounts, so whether you’re currently in the process of redecorating, or always on the lookout for the very latest design trends, these accounts are sure to give you plenty of ideas to try out in your own home!
1. MALMO AND MOSS
If you love the rustic charm of Scandinavian style, then make sure you’re following Malmo and Moss! Run by Rebecca, a mum-of-three living in London, Malmo and Moss is the ultimate source of cool, rustic style, with a sprinkling of vintage charm and a chic, cool-toned colour palette of greys, whites and black.
2. PATI ROBINS
Everyone loves to see a DIY project come together and you can watch photographer Pati transform her small rented house into a home through quirky and stylish DIYs. With a colour palette combining dark tones with injections of colour, we are a particular fan of her fun ombré staircase! 3. HEGE IN FRANCE
UK-based Norwegian freelance interior stylist Hege Morris shares her fresh and contemporary style on Instagram, as well as her blog. We always admire the understated, designer look of a Nordic-inspired interior and this is certainly Hege’s area of expertise! If you are looking to strip back your space to create a serene and calming interior, then this is one account that is certainly a must-follow.
4. FRENCH FOR PINEAPPLE
French for Pineapple is run by Bianca Hall and is your ultimate source for ‘urban glamour with a twist of palm beach chic’ (in Bianca’s own words!). Perfect for those who consider themselves neither a minimalist nor a maximalist, French for Pineapple strikes the balance between inspirational and quirky, yet functional and achievable style, making it the perfect page for the aspiring interior designer to follow!

5. CATE ST. HILL
Simple design for everyday living is what Cate St. Hill is all about. Funnily enough that’s exactly what we’re about too here at Out & Out! One of the standout rooms of Cate’s home is definitely her cool and contemporary kitchen with chic, grey cabinets. However, her urban oasis garden may be an equal favourite and definitely inspires us to paint our fences black!
6. THE FRUGALITY
Run by freelance fashion editor Alex, The Frugality offers a one-stop-shop for looking, living and feeling great without breaking the bank. The Frugality Instagram and blog not only offers interiors inspiration (be sure to check out Alex’s post about affordable art), it is also a great source for clothing and lifestyle content, so your home can look just as good as you do!

7. DESIGN HUNTER UK
You can follow Helen as she transforms her 1930’s house into a modern home with the hashtag #designhunterrenovations. There is something quite satisfying about watching a room transform, even if it’s not in your own home! Follow Helen’s journey from the front door to the flooring to see how you really can give an older house a modern personality!
8. CIARA ELLIOTT
Packed with colour, personality and charm, Ciara’s Instagram certainly inspires us to be a little more daring with our home style! 9. ERICA DAVIES
Another home which is sure to capture your imagination, mother of two Erica swapped life in London for the Essex/Suffolk countryside back in 2015 and now shares her home and lifestyle posts on her Instagram page, as well as her blog.
